Geography/Computing: You have done an amazing job learning about mountains this half term. I would like you to create a PowerPoint about a mountain. You can also choose to do some further research about other mountains that you still would like to learn.Below are some videos for top tips when using PowerPoint and a planning sheet to help you decide what to include in each slide. We've teamed up with BAFTA Kids and Oak National Academy to create a free assembly featuring pupils and well known-faces discussing the theme of 'Express You...

Please log in and select 'Unit 6: Manger et Bouger (Healthy Eating)' under the 'Super Challenge Level' heading. Then select 'Lesson 1'. Listen and copy the pronunciations of different items of food, then complete the writing activity. Here, you will need to draw pictures of the food items and label them using the word bank. If you are able to, you can print the sheet given and label the pictures that have been done for you, but you do not have to. Have fun!

English today is a practical lesson! All the KS2 teacher's have been busy making Rice Krispie cakes. Watch the video below to see how we did it.
Your task today is to cook or bake something: it could be your breakfast, lunch or dinner (or a treat for you and your family!). You may wish to create Rice Krispie cakes like we did or create something completely different. Remember to write down your ingredients and equipment as you will need this information later in the week. I would love to see pictures of you cooking!
Science: Continue learning about forces by completing this online lesson: click here. Here you will learn about contact forces. You will learn about air and water resistance, and examine what balanced and unbalanced forces are. As well as that, you will learn about friction. Enjoy!

Then complete the activity where you will need to label the French foods on the picture. You do not have to print this, you could draw the pictures with the French names next to them instead. Art: Today we are learning about drawing using tone. We will be using pencil to create tone. Tone is when an artist uses layers of shading to show light, medium and dark tones when drawing something. Have a look through the PDF to see some examples, then have a go at the activity. At the end of the activity, there is a peer assessment section that does not need to be completed. There is also an optional extension activity. Enjoy!
Geography: Our topic this half term is 'Mountains'. Please follow this link to the BBC Bitesize page and watch the video and read the information about mountains. Then have a go at the quiz. After that, please research any famous mountain of your choice and produce a poster with some interesting facts and pictures of your mountain.
