We are delighted to be able to offer an Early Bird activity club for our pupils at Gade Valley School (breakfast is not included).

The club runs every day from 8.00am until 8.40am and is run by a member of Gade Valley staff.  Entrance to the club is via the school hall double entrance doors - make your way through the Reception Class garden.  No advance booking is required.

There is a small charge of £4.00 per session and an extra £2.00 for a sibling, which is payable on a weekly basis.  Payments can be made by either the Arbor Top Up option or cash.

We are pleased to offer our After School Club for all pupils at Gade Valley School. 

The arrangements are as follows:

• The club will start at 3.15pm and finish at 5.00pm - Monday to Friday.
• The cost per session will be £8.50. 
  If your child is eligible for Pupil Premium, please contact the office.
• The Class Teacher or Teaching Assistant will take your child to the dining room at 3.15pm.
• At least two members of staff will run the club.
• Your child will receive a drink, sandwich, biscuit & a piece of fruit. 
• You will collect your child at 5.00pm from the dining hall side door; the top school gate will be open.   You can of course, collect your child earlier than 5.00pm.
• If you are late to collect your child, you will incur an extra charge of £4.00 for that session.
• The club will not be open on Inset Days, Occasional Days or at the end of a full term when the school ends at 1.00pm.

We will accept bookings via e-mail or telephone confirmation on the day but only if you are unable to access the Arbor App. 

Payments can be made either by the Arbor Top Up or cash.
