We are going to continue learning all about some interesting inventors! We learnt all about Garrett A. Morgan earlier on this week and today we are learning all about the Wright Brothers! The Wright Brothers are the first people to have invented the aeroplane. Please watch the video below that explains a little more about the Wright Brothers and their amazing invention.

"Great Inventors: The Wright Brothers" by Adventure Academy

Once you’ve watched the video, your challenge today is to create your very own paper aeroplane! You can then decorate your paper aeroplane in any way you like – what could you draw on it? A fun activity would be the see how far your aeroplane can travel. How could you measure how far it travelled? Perhaps you could measure using hand spans, your feet or even a measuring tape. Have lots of fun!
