Computing
In Computing, we have been creating music using Chrome Music Lab. We composed our own piece of music with a partner using either the kadinsky, rhythm, song maker, spectogram or oscillator programme.
Free Write Friday
Every Friday, Year 2 take part in a Free Write Friday session. This is where the pupils can write about a theme for the week. They can write a non-fiction text or a fiction text about that topic. They also choose what they want to write on, what equipment they use to write with and where they want to write.
GOAL Day
On our GOAL Day we went into our woods. The pupils were challenged to create a 'mouse house' using only natural resources. They had to work collaboratively in groups to design the house, collect the resources and finally make the house. They were all very creative and we look forward to seeing if any mice move in!
