This is at the centre of all we do at school.  We are an inclusive school community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, we believe in the pupils and encourage them to believe in themselves and others.

Our pupils are an enormous credit to our school and work hard on developing their CHAMP learning behaviours, these being: confidence, helpfulness, attentiveness, motivation and perseverance.  They  display an infectious enthusiasm for learning and their excellent behaviour makes them a joy to teach.

At Gade Valley, our committed staff are extremely passionate about giving children the best possible education so that they can fulfil their true potential.  They focus on creating a happy, safe and vibrant school community where pupils feel confident and challenged in their learning.
